What type of Internal Finishes can I choose from? |

Our most common finish used today is Pebble Crete which is very well tried and tested and guaranteed to stand the test of time. You can also have an all tile finish or a combination of both. There is also Quartzon and paint finishes and we can talk you through all of your choices and help to come up with the finish that is right for you. |

What type of pumps and filters do Pandanus Pools use? |

We use Poolrite pumps and filters. They are an all Australian made product with full manufacturers warranty. |

How long will it take to build my pool from start to finish? |

Most of our Pools are completed within two months depending on access and other factors. |

Do I need to get my own Approvals from Council? |

Is each stage of the pool construction supervised and inspected? |

Each stage of construction is fully supervised and inspected by Dean himself and our building certifier. We also have a head supervisor who is always on the site if Dean is not. |

What happens at Handover? |

We use a Qualified Pool technician for all of our handovers. Darren and the team from Poolworks will talk you through how to operate and maintain the equipment and water quality and offers an ongoing service of maintenance if you need it. |

Can you design Indoor Pools and Spa’s? |

There are infinite possibilities with concrete pools such as indoor and outdoor, fully indoor or right against your house. |

Can I have a waterfall in my Pool? |

With our design team the possibilities are endless. We can do rock waterfalls or even a slide into your pool. We can also design a cave with a waterfall over the top. Just use your imagination and we will design it for you!!!!! |

What is a sheer descent? |

A sheer descent is a water feature that runs directly into your pool like a fountain or waterfall. There are many different ways to do this so speak to Dean of the possibilities. |

Can I have an underground concrete water tank to top up my pool? |

Yes!!! We can design a tank to fit your requirements and also have an automatic top up function so you won’t have to worry about manually toping up your pool. Also you can choose the size of your tank to suit the size of your pool and/or spa. |

Can you install Solar Heating? |

Yes. We can also put in provisions in the plumbing for solar heating for use at a later stage. All plumbing can then be accessed with ease. |

Can I have lighting in my pool? |

We use Halogen, fibre optic or LED lighting, all are a 12 volt light for under water use and come in a range of colours and sizes. |
